由于一些具有易燃、易爆、放射性等危险特性的物品在国计民生中具有广泛的用途,随着我国国民经济的快速发展,河南境内通行的危险品运输车辆也呈快速递增趋势,鉴于危险物品易燃、易爆等危险特性,危险品车辆肇事后的现场处置也给公安交通管理部门提出了严峻的挑战。在总结近年来河南高速公路危险品车辆肇事现场处置经验教训的基础上提出的“五及时、四到位”的处置方法,为进一步提高高速交警在危险品事故现场安全处置方面的实战能力提供了一个有益的思路。
