在我国造船工业上,自动焊焊接薄板(2~4公厘)是当前未解決的問题之一。在国外,自动焊焊接薄板都是在电磁平台上进行的,使薄板一次焊接能够兩面成型。在我国目前的情况下,电磁平台还沒有普湿运用,薄板的焊接和焊厚鋼板一样,要进行兩面焊,这样給焊接薄板帶来了許多困难: 1.焊接电流小,焊接速度快,熔池的存在时間短,溶解于液体金屬中之气体不可能完全逸出,結果在焊縫中形成气孔。
