报告根据病人情况选择不同方法一期正位开口修复先天性尿道下裂90例,成功率达87.8％。并对术式的选择及几个重要技术问题进行讨论。

Report According to the patient’s condition, choose a different method of a positive position to repair 90 cases of congenital hypospadias, the success rate of 87.8%. And the choice of surgical procedures and several important technical issues are discussed.
