在医院管理中,人员、信息、任务、设备、物资、经费的流通情况,可体现现代化医院的管理水平。从行为科学来看,人是起主导作用的因素。医院是救死扶伤的前沿阵地,理应是一个高智能结构的聚合体。但是知识分子不等于知识,由干历史的原因,目前医院内知识分子名不符实的现象并非少见;随着管理概念的不断更新,管理人才更显缺乏。因此,提高人员的素质已是当务之急。
In hospital management, the circulation of personnel, information, tasks, equipment, materials, and funds can reflect the management level of modern hospitals. From the perspective of behavioral science, people are the leading factor. Hospitals are the frontline for saving lives, and should be a high-intelligence structure. However, intellectuals are not equal to knowledge. Because of the historical reasons, the current phenomenon of inaccurate intellectuals in hospitals is not uncommon. With the continuous renewal of management concepts, there is a shortage of management talents. Therefore, improving the quality of personnel is a top priority.
