我矿二工区是一个中型露天矿山,年采剥总量150万米~3左右。1965年开始建设。在生产过程中,由于一系列因素的变化,引起剥离量增大,工作帮坡角达不到缓帮开采的要求,因而逐步改变了原设计的采矿方法,采取了分期扩帮、无段沟开拓和浮动工作帮坡角等措施,推迟了大量剥离,保证了产量的接替。其作法和效果与目前讨论的陡帮工艺颇有相似之处。通过十多年的实践,我们感到陡帮开采工艺具有较强的适应性,只要加强计划管理,就能取得较好的技术经济效果。
