目的:研究复方大血藤(CDXT)对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)的治疗作用及其可能的作用机理,为临床用药提供药理学理论依据。方法:于SD雄性大鼠前列腺背叶注射消痔灵复制CNP动物模型,用CDXT进行治疗,观察该药对CNP的治疗作用及对前列腺组织形态的影响,并测定大鼠前列腺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:对消痔灵所致大鼠CNP,CDXT能减少大鼠前列腺组织炎性细胞浸润,减轻炎症反应,改善其组织病理结构,同时可使前列腺组织中SOD活性增强、MDA含量减少。结论:CDXT可减轻CNP前列腺组织的慢性炎症病理改变,其作用机制可能与清除氧自由基、抗氧化应激有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effect of CDXT on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP) and its possible mechanism of action, and to provide pharmacological theoretical basis for clinical drug use. METHODS: SD rats were injected CNH into the prostate of the prostatic gland to establish an animal model of CNP. CDXT was used to treat CNP. The effects of CNP on the CNP and the morphology of the prostate were observed. The levels of superoxide dismutase Enzyme (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: The CNP and CDXT induced by Xiaozhiling could reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells in prostate tissue, reduce the inflammatory reaction, improve the histopathology of the rats, increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in the prostatic tissue. Conclusion: CDXT can reduce chronic inflammatory pathological changes of CNP prostate tissue, and its mechanism may be related to scavenging oxygen free radicals and anti-oxidative stress.
