进气系统是影响发动机充气效率的关键部件。优化进气系统,提高发动机充气效率,降低进气阻力,同时兼顾系统轻量化要求是当前方程式赛车性能研究的一个主要方向。文章提出了一种采用流体分析软件FLUENT优化进气系统的结构。首先通过研究发动机进气限流阀和谐振腔对发动机进气效率的影响因素,然后运用流体分析软件FLUENT对进气限流阀和谐振腔进行流体仿真,通过实车实验验证仿真结果,最终确定最优结构方案。
Intake system is a key component affecting the efficiency of engine charge. Optimizing the air intake system, increasing the engine charge efficiency and reducing the air intake resistance, taking into account the system’s light weight requirements, are one of the main directions of current formula racing performance research. In this paper, we propose a FLUENT fluid optimization software to optimize the intake system structure. First of all, by studying the factors that affect the intake efficiency of engine intake restrictors and resonant cavities, the FLUENT fluid analysis software was used to simulate the intake restrictors and resonant cavities. The simulation results were verified by actual vehicle tests and finally determined Optimal structure program.
