文职人员已成为部分军队医院机动卫勤力量的重要组成。本文结合新疆某军队医院文职人员参加反恐卫勤保障实践,分析报告了文职人员参加反恐卫勤保障尚待解决的问题,探讨了促进文职人员提高政治思想觉悟及增强使命意识、军事体能素质、战伤救护能力和心理素质等方面的对策。同时提出,文职人员参加反恐卫勤保障的能力素质还有较大的提升空间,建议相关部门根据边疆地区反恐卫勤保障的需求,采取有针对性的综合措施,提升战备训练质量,不断提高文职人员的快速反应能力和应急保障能力,确保边疆地区反恐卫勤保障工作的有序和高效。
