前言 5名健康受试者在+1 Gz正压呼吸下做换气节凑的研究时连续有2人发生纵膈气肿。不清楚纵膈气肿是由正压呼吸(PPB)引起的,还是由于测量条件要求做用力呼吸动作所引起的结果。为此,我们做了一组肺高压综合征的研究,研究对象需在正常和超重力条件下进行PPB。方法 研究分为两部分。每部分都是要求PPB 2min后做一次深吸气。①8名受试者,全身放松,按模拟空战动作程序在离心机上完成试验,在离心机运行达+6.5Gz 15s时辅予70mmHg PPB;②6个月后,6名受试者做30 mmHg连续的非辅助PPB,每次试验前后进行体检,2h后拍胸片。结果
Preface The onset of mediastinal emphysema occurred in 2 consecutive subjects in 5 healthy subjects who underwent ventilation-based co-ordination at +1 Gz positive pressure. It is unclear whether emphysema in the mediastinum is caused by positive pressure breathing (PPB) or whether forced breathing exercises are required as a result of the measurement conditions. To this end, we did a study of pulmonary hypertension syndrome in subjects undergoing PPB under normal and hypergravity conditions. Method research is divided into two parts.
