中国土木工程学会建议浙江省土木建筑学会、浙江省交通厅组织召开的“公路装配式钢筋混凝土桥梁学术会议”,已于本年6月25日至7月2日在杭州举行。有20个省、市、自治区的交通、城建、院校等部门57个单位80余人参加。会议开始,杭州市副市长余森文和浙江省交通厅副厅长张先辰作了报告;并宣读了交通部公路工程管理局代局长、中国土木工程学会道路委员会主任委员伍坤山的贺信。交通部公路工程管理局副总工程师、中国土木工程学会道路委员会副主任委员丁贡南在会上作了综合发言。这次会议是城市和公路桥梁工作者的一次会师。会议论文近50篇,都是最近几年的实践经验和科研成果,有不少是基层单位提出的,质量都较好。这说明
China Society of Civil Engineers recommends that the “Symposium on Highway Assembled Reinforced Concrete Bridges” organized by Zhejiang Civil Engineering Society and Zhejiang Communications Department was held in Hangzhou from June 25 to July 2 this year. There are more than 80 participants from 57 units of 20 departments of transportation, urban construction and institutions in 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The meeting began with reports by Vice Mayor Yu Senwen of Hangzhou and Zhang Xianchen, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Communications Department; and read out a letter of congratulation from Wu Kunshan, acting director of the Highway Engineering Administration of the Ministry of Communications and chairman of the China Civil Engineering Society Road Committee. Ding Gongnan, deputy chief engineer of the Highway Engineering Administration of the Ministry of Communications and vice chairman of the road committee of China Civil Engineering Society made a comprehensive speech at the meeting. This meeting is a meeting of urban and highway bridge workers. Nearly 50 conference papers are all practical experience and scientific research achievements in recent years. Many of them are proposed by the grass-roots units and are of good quality. this means
