西藏,在我的印象里,那是一片陌生而神秘的地域,距离我们的生活好象很远。在迎接西藏民主改革40周年的日子里,我接到赴西藏采访援藏教师的任务。1999年7月2日,我飞上了“世界的屋脊”。这次采访的是1997年进藏的湖北省第二批援藏教师工作队。他们是李刚、卢光鸿等10位来自宜昌的骨干教师,分别被安排在西藏山南地区山南一中、山南二中、乃东中学任教,有的老师还担任副校长、教务处副主任、工会主席等职务,大部分老师挑起了班主任的重担。1998年,湖北省教委邓世民副处长进藏担任山南地区教体委副主任,至此,工作队一共有11人。湖北教师赴藏支教的山南地区素有“西藏粮仓”之称,是藏民族的发祥地。这里风景秀丽,水利资源丰富,雅鲁藏布江横贯这个地区。一到山南,我就迫不及待地想了解援藏教师们的工作和生活情况。这里是海拔3000多米的世界屋脊,氧气只有正常程度的60%—70%,到了冬季,甚至只有正常的一半。听人说在西藏与
Tibet, in my mind, is a strange and mysterious area that seems far away from our life. On the 40th anniversary of the Tibetan democratic reforms, I received the task of going to Tibet to visit Tibet. July 2, 1999, I flew to “the roof of the world.” This interview is the second group of teachers' aid teams in Tibet to visit Tibet in 1997. They are 10 key teachers from Yichang, including Li Gang and Lu Guanghong. They are respectively arranged in Shannan First Middle School and Shannan Second Middle School in Shannan Prefecture of Tibet, and are taught in the East Middle School. Some teachers also serve as vice principals, deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, trade union chairmen, etc. Most of the teachers provoked the teacher's burden. In 1998, Deputy Director Deng Shimin of Hubei Provincial Education Commission went to Tibet to serve as deputy director of ShanXiao Education Commission. At this point, there were a total of 11 work teams. The Shannan area where Hubei teachers went to Tibet for education is known as the “Tibet granary” and is the birthplace of the Tibetan nation. Here beautiful scenery, rich water resources, Brahmaputra across the region. As soon as I came to Shannan, I could not wait to find out about the work and living conditions of Tibetans.
