用蛋白酶E急性分离豚鼠心室肌细胞,采用先进的膜片钳技术,观察甲基黄酮醇胺对心室肌细胞膜钙离子通道的影响,结果发现:甲基黄酮醇胺1μm、50μm及100μm剂量依赖性地抑制心室肌细胞膜钙离子电流,进而从细胞膜通道水平直接证实了甲基黄酮醇胺的钙拮抗作用。
Acute isolation of guinea pig ventricular myocytes with Protease E and the use of advanced patch-clamp technique to observe the effects of methylflavone on the calcium channel in ventricular myocytes. The results showed that the dose-dependent manner of methylflavone at 1μm, 50μm and 100μm Inhibited the calcium current in ventricular myocytes, and then directly confirmed the calcium antagonism of methylflavonolamine from the membrane channel.
