硬质合金是机械密封最优良的摩擦副材料之一。机械密封镶嵌结构用的硬质合金环如图1所示。该零件材料为钨钻硬质合金YG6。其技术要求为:1) 表面A与B平行度允差0.03毫米;2) 表面A不允许有微裂纹、气孔、划伤等缺陷;3) 内孔φ55_(+0.50)~(+0.60)毫米对外径φ69_(+0.09)~(0.12)毫米同轴度允差0.03毫米;4) 环热装入座后A面平直度允差0.0009毫米。
Carbide is one of the best friction materials for mechanical seals. The hard alloy ring used for the mechanical seal mounting structure is shown in FIG. 1. The part material is tungsten carbide YG6.
