本研究以天然磷片石墨为原料,N2O4为氧化剂和插层剂,添加硫酸和少量的KMnO4,制备低硫可膨胀石墨,确定了制备该产品的较适宜工艺条件为:石墨与混酸、KMnO4的质量体积比为1(g):5(ml):0.1(g),其中N2O4(ml):H2SO4(ml)=1:5,反应时间为60min,反应温度15℃。反应结束后,再加入少量H2O继续反应30min,其中石墨:水=1:0.6。在此条件下制得的可膨胀石墨的硫含量小于1%,膨胀容积达280ml/g,符合国标。
In this study, natural phosphorus flake graphite as raw material, N2O4 as oxidant and intercalation agent, adding sulfuric acid and a small amount of KMnO4 to prepare low-sulfur expandable graphite, and the suitable process conditions for the preparation of the product were determined: graphite and mixed acid, KMnO4 The mass ratio of the mass to the volume is 1 (g): 5 (ml): 0.1 (g), wherein N2O4 (ml): H2SO4 (ml) = 1: 5, reaction time is 60 min and reaction temperature is 15 ℃.
