在煤矿安全管理中引入了心理契约概念,基于煤矿企业中员工的责任,建立了煤矿企业中组织的心理契约达成状态的评价模型,并以二级模糊决策评价的方法对黑龙江某煤矿组织的心理契约达成的状态进行了评价。结果表明,该矿组织的心理契约处于一般状态,员工的责任感还有待提高。实例证明运用模糊决策评价的方法测评心理契约的状态具有一定的可行性和合理性。
In the coal mine safety management, the concept of psychological contract was introduced. Based on the responsibility of the employees in the coal mine enterprise, an evaluation model of the state of psychological contract reached in the coal mine enterprise was established. The second-level fuzzy decision-making method was used to evaluate the psychology of a coal mine organization in Heilongjiang Province. The status reached by the contract was evaluated. The results show that the psychological contract of the mine is in a normal state, and the sense of responsibility of employees needs to be improved. The example proves that it is feasible and reasonable to use the method of fuzzy decision to evaluate the status of the psychological contract.
