管理心理学是在管理学科与心理学科的基础上产生的一种以研究人们的心理和行为为主的科学。随着社会的发展,管理心理学对人们心理健康发展的作用更为突出,在理论研究和实践应用等方面均取得了极大的发展。虽然我国的管理心理学是借鉴西方的管理心理学而得以发展的,但如何促进其进一步发展,使之成为具有中国特点的管理心理学学科,就成为现今研究的重要内容之一。
Management psychology is a kind of science based on the study of people’s psychology and behavior based on the management discipline and psychology. With the development of society, management psychology plays a more prominent role in the development of people’s mental health. It has achieved great development in theory research and practical application. Although our country’s management psychology is developed from the western management psychology, how to promote its further development and make it become a management psychology subject with Chinese characteristics has become one of the important contents in the present research.
