无锡县水泥制品厂生产的农房建材檩条,采用短线张拉法工艺。县以下农房构件厂多采用长线台座法。为了促进农房建材生产的发展,本文将预应力混凝土檩条短线张拉法工艺和长线台座法工艺生产,作一简要的对比分析,以便生产厂因地制宜采取最佳生产工艺。一、适用范围长线台座法工艺生产:主要适用于县以下农房构件生产厂,厂区土地面积较大,所在地气候条件较好的地方。这种工艺的主要优点是:上马投资少,设备简单,投产快,预应力损失略少于短线法工艺。缺点是:由于台座较

In order to promote the development of production of building materials in rural areas, this paper will make a short-term comparative analysis of pre-stressed concrete purlins short-span tensioning process and long-line pedestal process production so that the production plant can adopt the best production process according to local conditions. I. Scope of application Long-term pedestal method production: It is mainly applicable to the production plant of rural house components below the county, and the plant area has a large area of land and is located in a place with good weather conditions. The main advantages of this process are: less investment, simple equipment, quick production, and less loss of prestress than short-term process. The disadvantage is: due to pedestal
