将耐冷强度不同的玉米自交系的三叶期幼苗进行4℃低温处理72小时发现,各自交系叶片中的总可溶性蛋白质含量在处理期间先增加后减少,不耐冷自交系变化显著。叶片细胞质、叶绿体和线粒体中可溶性蛋白质含量的变化趋势是,随着低温时间的延长,不耐冷自交系均显著减少。耐冷自交系除细胞质部分减少外,其余二细胞器都是先增加后减少,且只有叶绿体部分变化显著。经8℃低温诱导六天后,耐冷自交系的叶片细胞质中合成一种与耐冷性有关的新蛋白质。不耐冷自交系中没有新蛋白质合成。
The results showed that the total soluble protein content in the leaves of each inbred line firstly increased and then decreased, and the inbred cold inbred line significantly changed. The trend of soluble protein content in leaf cytoplasm, chloroplast and mitochondria was that the cold inbred lines significantly decreased with the extension of the low temperature time. Cold-resistant inbred lines in addition to the cytoplasmic part of the reduction, the other two organelles are first increased and then decreased, and only chloroplast part of the significant changes. After six days of low temperature induction at 8 ℃, a new protein related to cold tolerance was synthesized in the leaf cytoplasm of cold-tolerant inbred lines. Intolerant cold inbred lines have no new protein synthesis.
