通过分析我院门诊部 1997~ 2 0 0 0年门诊病人就医的时间分布规律 ,揭示门诊各科工作量的变化规律 ,以此指导医院管理层合理调配各科室的人力、物力 ,充分利用有限资源 ,调整各类人员的工作时间和工作班次 ,探索出一套更科学合理、更方便病人的工作人员排班制度 ,实行弹性工作制。实施该工作制保证了在病人就医高峰时间段有充足的工作人员为病人提供医疗服务 ,从而缩短了病人的等候时间 ,为建立优质、高效、低耗、快捷的门诊医疗服务体系 ,最大限度地满足病人的医疗需求 ,提高劳动效率提供了科学保障
