廿碳五烯酸是近年来发现的十分有效的抗血管疾病药物,主要存在于海洋生物中。本文采用尿素处理与真空蒸馏相结合的方法,从鱼油中提取廿碳五烯酸,较已有的方法更为经济简便。
Indolecarbaenoic acid is a very effective anti-vascular disease drug discovered in recent years, mainly in marine life. In this paper, the method of combining urea treatment with vacuum distillation is used to extract indolepentaenoic acid from fish oil, which is more economic and simple than the existing methods.
