软件企业作为典型的知识密集型和智力密集型企业,开展技术创新是软件企业培育核心竞争力、获取竞争优势的重要途径,而开展知识管理是提高软件企业技术创新能力的重要保障。在对相关研究基础上,系统阐述了软件企业技术创新中知识管理的作用机制,并结合软件业现有的技术创新模式,提出具体的知识管理操作方法,以促进知识管理与技术创新的融合。
As a typical knowledge-intensive and intelligence-intensive enterprise, it is an important way for software enterprises to cultivate their core competence and gain competitive advantage by carrying out technological innovation. Carrying out knowledge management is an important guarantee to improve the technological innovation ability of software enterprises. Based on the related research, this paper expatiates on the mechanism of knowledge management in the process of software enterprise technology innovation, and puts forward the specific operation methods of knowledge management in order to promote the integration of knowledge management and technology innovation.
