党参为常用中药之一,具有补中益气,补养胃,润肺生津,健运中气之功能。市售党参规格种类繁多,其中主要的有东党、西党和潞党三种,均为桔梗科植物党参(Codonopsis pilosula(Franch)Nannf)均以其产地命名。我省常用的有两种,即纹党(晶党)和潞党(白条党)。纹党为西党中质量最佳者,主产于甘肃省文县。党参的化学成分及免疫药理作用,国内外研究报道较多(14),但对其多糖成分及其免疫药理作用研究报道甚少。我们对甘肃产纹党和潞党的多糖成分进行了分析比较、并对纹党多糖进行了小鼠免疫功能实验。
Codonopsis is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines. It has the function of supplementing and benefiting the stomach, supplementing the stomach, regulating the lungs, and producing fluid. Commercial Codonopsis has a wide variety of specifications, among which the main ones are the East Party, the West Party, and the Kuangdang Party, both of which are named Codonopsis pilosula (Franch) Nannf. There are two kinds of commonly used in our province, namely, the Dynasties Party (Jie Dang) and the Dang Party (the White Party). The party is the best among the West Party and is mainly produced in Wen County, Gansu Province. The chemical constituents and immunopharmacological effects of Codonopsis pilosula are reported at home and abroad (14), but little research has been reported on its polysaccharide components and its immunological pharmacological effects. We analyzed and compared the polysaccharide components of the Gansu Party and Gansu Party, and conducted the immune function test of the Qiangtang polysaccharide.
