波紋薄膜是一个具有同心波紋折皺的圆形薄片,是很多仪表中的主要敏感元件。膜上的同心波紋折皺使它可以达到較大的彈性位移而无剩余的变形。由于构造簡单紧凑和制造成本不高,它得到了广泛应用。我厂制造的不銹钢氧化片(图1)是波紋膜的一种,在平面上具有同心而又等距的五圈波紋折皺,分布在整个圆周上,是我国設計制造高精医疗设备的关键零件之一。
Corrugated film is a concentric corrugated corrugated circular sheet, is the main sensor in many instruments. Concentric corrugated corrugated wrinkles make it possible to achieve greater elastic displacement without residual deformation. It has been widely used due to its simple structure and low manufacturing cost. The stainless steel oxidation sheet (Figure 1) made by our factory is a kind of corrugated film with concentric and equidistant five-lap corrugation wrinkles in the plane, which are distributed on the whole circumference and are the key parts of our country to design and manufacture high-precision medical equipment one.
