长期以来,我厂采用20CrMnTi钢制造三爪,成本较高,工艺复杂,生产效率不高。近年来,试验用55DTi低淬钢代替20CrMnTi钢制造机床三爪。工件经表面热处理,硬度可达HRC 58~62,组织为细针状马氏体,表面残余压应力较高,心部为具有一定强度和塑性的屈氏体组织,符合技术要求。淬火后机械性能和冷加工性能优于渗碳处理的20CrMnTi钢,热处理工艺简单,使用性能良好,成本较20CrMnTi钢低35%。
For a long time, I plant using 20CrMnTi steel manufacturing three claws, higher cost, complex technology, production efficiency is not high. In recent years, experiments with 55DTi low quenched steel instead of 20CrMnTi steel manufacturing machine jaws. Workpiece surface heat treatment, hardness up to HRC 58 ~ 62, organized fine needle-like martensite, the surface residual compressive stress is high, the heart is a certain strength and plasticity of troostite tissue, in line with technical requirements. 20CrMnTi steel with better mechanical and cold working properties after quenching is better than carburizing. The heat treatment process is simple and the performance is good. The cost is 35% lower than that of 20CrMnTi steel.
