Male case, 64 years old. Due to the left upper abdomen mass was admitted to the hospital for more than two months. Physical examination: The mass of 12cm×13cm can be reached in the left upper quadrant without tenderness and movement. Laboratory tests: AFP 3.3 ng/ml, CEA 7.4 ng/ml, SFT >500 ng/ml.
