随着心电生理检查在临床上日益广泛应用,其检查所需设备精度的提高和操作程序的删繁就简也相应受到重视。为此,我们根据国内外心电生理检查现状,研制了实用型多用心电信号/电刺激转换输出盒,并已应用于电生理检查中。研制的主要目的及方案心电生理检查通常在X光室内进行,设备包括电极导管、前级滤波放大器、记录设备、直接显示装置及电刺激等基本部分。它们间的关系见图1。一方面,电极导管需要同前级滤波放大装置连接;另一方面,电生理检查中,需要将电刺激脉冲通过置入心内的电极导管,输入至心内不同的部位,以实现诸如程
With the increasingly widespread clinical application of electrophysiological examination, the improvement of the accuracy of the equipment required for the examination and the simplification of operating procedures have also been given corresponding attention.
