随着经济社会的不断发展,新型城市规划管理机制的建立显得尤为必要,因此城市管理规划部门需要根据经济发展、居民需求进行适当调整,如何在促进经济增长的同时,实现经济与环境、经济与居民生活质量等共赢是当前学术界和政府部门共同关注的问题。本文以我国城市规划管理存在的问题和改革的必要性介绍了我国新型城市管理运行机制的必要性,对于新型城市规划管理的特征和建立新的机制提出了自己的建议,希望本文的研究对于未来的城市规划管理发展起到一定的促进作用。
With the continuous development of economy and society, the establishment of a new urban planning and management system is particularly necessary. Therefore, the urban planning department needs to make appropriate adjustments according to the economic development and residents’ needs. How to promote economic growth and achieve economic, environmental, Residents living together for a win-win situation is currently the academic and government departments concerned about the issue. This paper introduces the necessity of the new urban management and operation mechanism in our country, and puts forward our own suggestions for the new urban planning and management features and establishment of a new mechanism. I hope the research of this article is of great significance to the future Urban planning and management development has played a catalytic role.
