很多太阳能公司一直对经销商工作头痛得不得了,主要表现就是经销商的销售业绩一直上不去,造成经销商数量不少,但业绩总是处于“瓶颈”之中,难以突破。潘总所在的太阳能公司就是这样:今年招商很成功,在短短三个多月就增加了近百名经销商,但一年都快过去了,公司的总体销量与往年相比却没有增加多少。翻看报表就知,每个经销商每月的销量都令人不如意,有的经销商其至月销售额不足十万元。
