This paper presents the preparation of a dendritic ferroelectric thin film with a solid solution of tricorn such as Pb (Mg_ (1/3) Nb_ (2/3)) O_3-PbTiO_3-Ba (Zn_ (1/3) Nb_ (2/3) Pressure gauges, which show the pressure-sensitive properties of the permittivity, are low cost and small in size compared to conventional pressure gauges.
