从现在教育状况来看,小学生尤其是农村小学生的心理问题越来越受人关注,心理健康教育也随之受到了重视。国家教委新颁布的德育大纲第一句话就明确地提出:“德育即政治、思想、道德、与心理健康教育。”明确地把心理健康教育作为德育的一个重要组成部分。调查表明,在我国中小学生中,约1/5的儿童青少年都存在着不同程度的心理行为问题。如厌学、逃学、偷窃、说谎、作弊、自私、任性、耐挫力差、攻击、退缩、焦虑、抑郁等等种种外显的和内隐的心理行为问题。这些心理行为问题严重地影响,儿童青少年自身的健康发展,直接影响学校教育任务的完成与教育目标的实现。作为一名教师应该把有效地开展心理健康教育作为我们的使命。
From the current state of education, the psychological problems of primary school students, especially primary school pupils, have drawn more and more attention and mental health education has been paid more attention. The first sentence of the newly enacted moral education program of the State Education Commission clearly put forward: “Moral education is politics, ideology, morality and mental health education.” Explicitly regards mental health education as an important part of moral education. Survey shows that in our primary and secondary students, about 1/5 of children and adolescents there are varying degrees of psychological behavior problems. Such as weariness, truancy, stealing, lying, cheating, selfishness, self-willed, frustration, attack, withdrawal, anxiety, depression and so on all kinds of explicit and implicit psychological behavior problems. These problems of psychological behavior seriously affect the healthy development of children and adolescents themselves, and have a direct impact on the completion of school education tasks and the realization of educational goals. As a teacher, we should make effective education of mental health our mission.
