企业实行股份制以后,其经营机制与原来的企业相比,发生了重大变化。怎样才能使思想政治工作更富有战斗力?笔者认为,至少要实行三个转变。 首先,由“封闭型”转向“开放型”。企业改制以后,股份制企业要真正成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展的独立经济实体,旧的“封闭型”的思想政治工作已不适应新形势的需要,必须由“封闭型”向“开放型”转变。要努力做到将思想政治工作的触角延伸到生产、营销、管理、技改以及职工生活等各个领域,进一步扩大思想政治工作的覆盖面和辐射面;要走
After the implementation of joint-stock companies, its operating mechanism compared with the original business, significant changes have taken place. How to make ideological and political work more combat-friendly? The author believes that at least the implementation of three changes. First, from “closed” to “open.” After the enterprise restructuring, the joint-stock enterprises should truly become independent economic entities that are self-employed, self-financing, and self-developing. The old “closed-type” ideological and political work has not met the needs of the new situation and must be transformed from a “closed” to an “open ”change. Efforts should be made to extend the reach of ideological and political work in various fields such as production, marketing, management, technological transformation and staff life so as to further expand the coverage and radiation of ideological and political work;
