我国供应链绩效评价一般采用的是层次分析法,国内的研究虽然在方法上有大的改进,但是整体来看忽视了绩效评价过程的模糊本性。实际评估中,原始数据经常是不准确、模糊的,指标值通常依靠判断或近似,但是明确的分级或勉强的近似值可能会得出不合理或错误的结果。在实际管理中,运营资料经常是不准确、模糊的。由于供应链管理的绩效评价模糊性的存在,运用模糊方法可以发展一套更合理的信用评级程序。由于绩效评价模糊性的存在,运用模糊方法可以发展一套更合理的信用评级方法。
The performance evaluation of supply chain in our country generally adopts analytic hierarchy process. Although there is a big improvement in methodology, domestic research neglects the fuzzy nature of performance appraisal process. In the actual assessment, the raw data is often inaccurate and vague. The indicator values usually rely on judgment or approximation, but a clear grade or a bare approximation may yield unreasonable or erroneous results. In actual management, operational information is often inaccurate and vague. Due to the fuzziness of performance evaluation in supply chain management, a more reasonable credit rating procedure can be developed by using fuzzy method.
