基于数据生命周期的高校图书馆数据监护的流程规范了数据管理具体活动。在配备数据监护服务基础设施和制度后,高校图书馆还面临着各类问题,如数据共享、协同化、元数据与模型、可控词表与分类和领域本体等。据此,文章将基于数据生命周期的数据监护流程划分为7个阶段:收集、评价、组织、处理、描述、访问、再利用数据。同时,流程管理的实施仍需解决文件格式、文档质量、元数据及数据治理的挑战。
The data custody process of university library based on data life cycle regulates the specific activities of data management. After the data monitoring service infrastructure and system are provided, the university libraries also face various problems such as data sharing, collaboration, metadata and models, controlled vocabularies, classification and domain ontology. Accordingly, the article divides the data monitoring process based on data life cycle into seven stages: collecting, evaluating, organizing, processing, describing, accessing and reusing data. At the same time, the implementation of process management still needs to address the challenges of file formats, document quality, metadata and data governance.
