去年,北京市公安交通管理局面对首都交通拥堵的严峻形势,坚持解放思想,更新观念,以疏堵为目标,以加强科学管理和依法严格管理为手段,以提高市民交通文明素质和交通队伍整体素质为保障,扎扎实实地开展了“疏堵、科技、素质”三个工程。队伍中掀起了“比、学、赶、帮、超”的热潮,涌现出了一大批先进个人和先进集体。他们在各自的岗位上,不辞辛苦,不讲报酬,为保障道路交通安全畅通默默奉献着自己的年华。
