十月革命以来,原苏联主流经济理论虽有一些变化,但基本观点未变。一是认为社会主义在实质上是与商品货币关系截然对立的,不可相容的,必须逐步消灭商品货币关系;二是认为社会主义国营经济中保留了商品、货币等旧的经济范畴的“外壳”或形式,它是非社会主义经济成分或集体经济所有制“强加”的,且仅仅是借以实行经济核算的“技术手段”。这实质上是国家垄断社会主义在经济理论和政策问题上的一种表现,是阻碍社会主义经济理论发展的一个重要原因。
