该矿石中主要铁矿物为赤铁矿、褐铁矿,脉石主要为石英、角闪石。有害杂质硫含量很低,但磷含量偏高。针对矿石性质和特点以及我国目前选矿技术发展的现状,采用强磁—反浮选流程进行分选试验。结果表明,在原矿铁品位为37.10%的情况下,可获得铁精矿品位62.10%,回收率72.20%的良好选别指标。
The ore is mainly iron ore hematite, limonite, gangue mainly quartz, hornblend. Harmful impurities sulfur content is very low, but high phosphorus content. In view of the nature and characteristics of ore and the current development of mineral processing technology in our country, the magnetic field-reverse flotation process is used for sorting test. The results show that the iron ore grade of 37.10%, the grade of iron concentrate can be obtained 62.10%, the recovery rate of 72.20% good sorting index.
