In order to improve the technical condition of highway pavement and reduce the maintenance cost, Henan Communications Department collected part of maintenance bills this year and built a large amount of residue surface treatment and asphalt pavement according to the instructions of Ministry of Communications on promoting residue road. So far, 238 km of residue surface treatment has been completed, 50 km of asphalt surface treatment has been completed, and 36 km of asphalt-residue-gravel mixture road surface has been completed with a total completion of 324 km.
