提出了一种可以对新生儿的心电信号和呼吸信号同时进行检测和控制的新生儿智能监控仪的设计方法。在信号采集处理过程中主要研究了心电信号的识别算法 ,并使用模糊控制方法发出智能调节信号 ,在急救处理前进行预处理。实际应用表明了该监控仪的有效性
