碰柑是浙江省三大柑桔良种之一,尤以衢州栽培为多。该品种果实采收时因含酸量偏高,必须贮藏一段时间达到适宜的糖酸比后,才表现该品种优良的食用品质。但椪柑果皮疏松,采收和贮藏中易受机械损伤和微生物感染而引起腐烂。采后用各种杀菌剂处理,虽能有效地抑制病原菌的生长,减少腐烂,但长期使用化学杀菌剂,病原菌会产生抗性,防腐效果降低,而且各种化学杀菌剂对人体都有一定的毒性。为此,我们采用了无毒的化学药剂碳酸氢钠、山梨酸和中草药进行碰柑的防腐试验。 试材和方法
