学生社团是高校图书馆与读者沟通的桥梁。2012年,西安交通大学图书馆专门成立了学生社团iLibrary Club(iClub),其由社长和副社长共同管理,由图书馆指派指导教师协助工作。iClub制定了考核、财务、物资和项目制度,其基本任务包括自身管理、内部文化建设、校园文化活动开展、宣传图书馆等。iClub多方位助力图书馆信息化项目建设、开展多形式的分享与交流学术、推动探索新营销和新服务。高校图书馆应加强与学生社团合作,充分调动和发挥各社团成员专业优势,将社团成员专业与实践相结合,创造图书馆服务、读者体验、学生成长的三赢局面。
Student community is a bridge between university library and readers. In 2012, the iLibrary Club (iClub) was set up in the Xi’an Jiaotong University Library by a student club, which is managed by the president and vice president. The library assigns mentors to help with the work. iClub developed assessment, finance, materials and project system, its basic tasks include self-management, internal cultural development, campus cultural activities, publicity library. iClub helps diversified library informationization projects with diversified forms to share and exchange academic resources and promote the exploration of new marketing and new services. University libraries should strengthen cooperation with student societies, fully mobilize and give full play to the professional advantages of members of associations, and combine the professionalism and practice of community members to create a win-win situation for library services, reader experience and student growth.
