It is of great practical significance to construct a web-based curriculum teaching team to improve teaching quality of open education, enhance the external competitiveness of the system and effectively achieve resource sharing. This article explores the innovations of the form and content of the online teaching team, aiming to put forward better suggestions for the construction of the open university resources and on-line teaching.
