从教已经二十多年的我,和很多老师一样,经常被一个问题困惑着:自己上课的气氛为什么总是不理想呢?那一节课,孩子们笑颜如花,我也上得得心应手,轻松惬意。就从那一天以后,我发现,班里上课举手回答问题的孩子多了,特别是朗读课文的孩子,不举手的绝对是十人以下了。我觉得很欣慰。困扰自己的难题,就那么迎刃而解了。微笑是汩汩清泉,给夏日播洒清凉;微笑是盛开的花,时刻散发着迷人的芬芳;微笑是一缕春风,吹散郁积在心头的阴霾;
After more than 20 years of teaching, I, like many teachers, are often puzzled by a question: why is the atmosphere of my class always unsatisfactory? In that class, children are smiling and I am handy and comfortable . Since then, I have noticed that there are more children in class who raise their hands to answer questions, especially those children who read the texts. I feel very pleased. Bother their own problems, then solved. Smiling is a suave spring, to the summer broadcast cool; smile is a flower in full bloom, always exudes a charming fragrance; smile is a ray of spring breeze, blown away in the heart of the haze;
