在全球携手应对气候变暖,减少温室气体排放的时候,越来越多的政治家、科学家、经济学家认识到,低碳经济是解决气候变化与经济发展矛盾的最终方案。目前,中国面临来自国际社会的强大外部压力和自身经济结构调整与转型升级的需要,发展低碳经济时不我待。中国必须抓住低碳经济带来的新一轮技术和产业革命的机遇,站在历史新的制高点上,实现跨越式发展。
As we work together to combat global warming and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, more and more politicians, scientists and economists have realized that a low-carbon economy is the ultimate solution to the conflict between climate change and economic development. At present, China faces the need of a strong external pressure from the international community and adjustment and transformation and upgrading of its own economic structure, and it will not wait for the development of a low-carbon economy. China must seize the opportunity brought by the new round of technology and industrial revolution brought by the low-carbon economy, stand at a new height in history and achieve leapfrog development.
