目的 :用毛细管区带电泳法直接进样测定腹水中左旋氧氟沙星含量。方法 :采用 5 0mmol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液 (磷酸调节 pH为 2 44 ) ,其中加入 40mmol·L-1离子对试剂四丁基溴化铵 ;运行电压 2 0kV ;柱温 2 5℃ ;检测波长 2 14nm ;虹吸法进样 30s ;熔融石英毛细管 6 0cm× 75 μm (有效长度 5 2cm) ,未涂渍 ;16min内完成检测。结果 :以依诺沙星为内标 ,左旋氧氟沙星浓度在 1~ 8mg·L-1范围内有良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9995 ;方法平均回收率为 95 90 %~ 99 17% ,日内及日间RSD均小于 5 % ;最低检测限为 0 3mg·L-1。结论 :样品无需预处理 ,直接进样分析测定 ,方法简便可行
Objective: To determine the content of levofloxacin in ascites by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods: 50 mmol·L-1 phosphate buffer (phosphoric acid adjusted to pH = 444) was used, in which 40 mmol·L-1 ion pair reagent tetrabutylammonium bromide was added. The operating voltage was 20 kV and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Detection wavelength of 2 14nm; siphon injection 30s; fused silica capillary 60cm × 75μm (effective length 5 2cm), uncoated; 16min to complete the test. RESULTS: Enrofloxacin was an internal standard with a good linear relationship between levofloxacin and levofloxacin in the range of 1 ~ 8 mg · L-1, r = 0 9995. The average recovery was 95 90% -99 17% , RSDs were less than 5% during the day and day, and the lowest detection limit was 0 3mg · L-1. Conclusion: The sample without pretreatment, direct injection analysis, the method is simple and feasible
