随着建筑业不断发展的需要,强制式搅拌机以它搅拌质量好、生产率高、能耗低等优点在搅拌机生产中占有越来越重要的地位。由于强制式混凝土搅拌机有着比自落式搅拌机强烈得多的搅拌作用,因此对搅拌筒及搅拌装置要求高耐磨性。目前设计型式为:搅拌筒采用小块钢板整体焊接结构,内加小块弧形和平形耐磨合金铸铁衬板;搅拌装置由搅拌轴、搅拌臂、衬带组成,在搅拌臂和衬带上,同样装衬耐磨合金铸铁的叶片和衬板。
