一、我国中小企业发展中存在的问题 在我国加入WTO的大背景下,我国中小企业的经营基础较薄弱,面临着来自外部竞争,企业自身内部缺陷和市场环境不完善等多方面的严峻挑战。其中我国中小企业产权制度不尽合理,产品结构严重雷同,低水平重复建设,技术含量低,产品档次低,缺少科学的经营战略等内部缺陷问题,严重制约了中小企业竞争力的提升。而制度性风险和市场风险和信用风险所导致的中小企业资金短缺,生产经营投入不足,进而致使技术创新投入不足,技术研发能力弱,又将严重影响中小企业的发展后劲。

Among them, the property rights system of SME in our country is not reasonable, the product structure is serious and the same, low-level redundant construction, low technical content, low product quality, lack of scientific management strategy and other internal defects, seriously restricting the competitiveness of SMEs. However, due to the lack of capital and the investment in production and operation caused by institutional risk, market risk and credit risk, the lack of investment in technological innovation and the weak R & D capability will seriously affect the development potential of SMEs.
