针对目前高速多次电火花线切割电极丝形位变化异常问题;通过建立多次电火花线切割电极丝的表面平均热流密度模型,对脉冲宽度、峰值电流和电极丝热流密度关系进行了分析,提出多次电火花线切割应采用窄脉冲宽度高峰值电流观点;在此基础上,通过建立多次电火花线切割切缝三维模型,对电极丝温度场和切缝流场进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,工作液切缝入口压力对电极丝横截面温度分布有显著影响;工作液在冲进切缝时速度衰减很快。研究结果对稳定多次电火花线切割电极丝形位具有一定指导意义。
Aiming at the abnormality of wire shape changes of high speed multi-wire WEDM electrodes, the relationship between pulse width, peak current and electrode wire heat flux density was analyzed by setting up the surface average heat flux density model of WEDM wire. It is suggested that the viewpoints of high peak current with narrow pulse width should be adopted in multiple WEDM. Based on this, the numerical simulation of the temperature field and the kerf flow field in the wire electrode is established by setting up the three-dimensional model of the WEDM. . The results show that the inlet pressure of the working fluid has a significant effect on the temperature distribution of the cross section of the electrode wire. The working fluid decays rapidly when it flushes into the kerf. The research results have certain guiding significance for the stable multi-WED wire electrode shape.
