针对水电机组甩负荷过程中关键压力测点极值计算方法不能体现甩负荷过程压力测点变化趋势及脉动情况的缺点,采用经验模态分解方法对甩负荷过程数据进行处理,提出了趋势提取的准则,并以蜗壳进口压力为例成功提取了压力测点的趋势及脉动情况。研究结果表明,采用经验模态分解方法对甩负荷过程中的压力测点数据进行处理,结合相关系数准则可有效获得压力测点的趋势项和脉动项;趋势项与调保计算结果具有一致性,因此可采用趋势项对调保计算模型的有效性进行验证;应加强对压力脉动项的研究,以修正调保计算结果,使结果更加准确。
In view of the fact that the method of extremum calculation of critical pressure measuring point during load shedding can not reflect the changing trend of pressure measuring point during load shedding and the pulsation situation, the empirical mode decomposition method is used to process the load shedding process data and the trend extraction Guidelines, and the volute inlet pressure, for example, successfully extracted the trend of pressure measuring point and pulsation. The research results show that the empirical mode decomposition method can be used to process the data of pressure measuring points in load shedding process and the correlation coefficient criterion can be used to obtain the trend items and pulse items of pressure measuring points effectively. Therefore, the trend term can be used to verify the validity of the adjustment model. The research on pressure pulsation should be strengthened so as to correct the adjustment result and make the result more accurate.
