详细研究了酒石酸(以T表示)铜(以C表示)配合物(常称的费林试剂,简写成TC)用于还原糖测定的分光光度法。结果表明,NaOH浓度大于0.080mol·L-1时TC的最大吸收波长为672nm,在NaOH浓度为0.16mol·L-1碱性介质中,配合物TC的吸光度与还原糖在0.29~14.72mg(六碳糖)范围内有很好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.998,还原糖中每个起作用的碳约消耗1.0个Cu2+,经对棉花及部分水果样品中还原糖总量的测定,回收率在94%~107%之间。该法试剂易得,性质稳定,操作方便,灵敏度较高,取样量少于5ml。
A detailed study of tartaric acid (in T) copper (C) complex (commonly known as Feilin reagent, abbreviated as TC) for the determination of reducing sugar spectrophotometry.
