本设计提供一种基于无线蓝牙通信技术的胎压监测报警系统,包括压电式压力传感器、信号收集模块、预设置模块、信号分析模块、信号发送模块、车载报警器、车载显示器。其中信号在各模块之间采用无线蓝牙传输技术进行传送。传感器用于测定轮胎内部的气压且内置蓝牙设备,置于轮毂中;预设置模块用于设置胎压标准值,当气压一旦超标,系统便会发出警报;车载报警器用于报警;车载显示器用于显示当前胎压值;其它模块用于信号的发送、收集、分析与计算,集成于信号处理器,其内部也设有蓝牙设备。本系统在汽车的行驶过程中能时刻监测胎压异常情况,气压一旦异常就会报警,减少因轮胎气压变化而产生的交通事故,保障驾驶员的生命财产安全。
The design provides a tire pressure monitoring and alarming system based on wireless Bluetooth communication technology, including a piezoelectric pressure sensor, a signal collecting module, a presetting module, a signal analyzing module, a signal sending module, a car alarm, and a car display. The signals are transmitted between the modules using wireless Bluetooth transmission technology. The sensor is used to measure the pressure inside the tire and the built-in Bluetooth device is placed in the hub. The preset module is used to set the standard value of tire pressure. When the air pressure exceeds the limit, the system will give an alarm. The car alarm will be used to alarm. Display the current tire pressure value; other modules for signal transmission, collection, analysis and calculation, integrated signal processor, which also has a Bluetooth device. The system in the car’s driving process can always monitor the tire pressure anomaly, once the air pressure will be an alarm to reduce the tire pressure changes caused by traffic accidents to protect the driver’s life and property safety.
